Direct Home Verification

As Landing Direct grew, we needed a scalable way to verify unit quality before approving a home. We designed and prototyped a guided home tour concept that solved the verification problem at scale.

To improve member conversion, we proposed lightweight home personalization. New members customized their space using real-time warehouse inventory — creating a magical first impression when they walked into a fully furnished, personalized apartment.

Sales Enablement Tool

After observing Sales workflows and listening to member calls, we identified a major opportunity to streamline phone bookings. The legacy flow took up to 20 minutes per reservation across multiple tools. Our redesign reduced booking time to 5 minutes — improving team efficiency and member satisfaction.
