Information we use

• Player identity: When you connect through Apple Game Center, we use your game-specific player identifier and display name to identify your Padel Smash profile and authenticate online features. We do not receive your Apple password.
• Game activity: We store match results, scores, wins and losses, points, level and progression information, and practice records to provide game features and standings.
• Social activity: Friend connections, invitations, matchmaking requests, blocks, and online availability support finding and playing with other players.
• On-device data: Settings, selected characters, and local game progress are saved on your device.
• Support: If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send.
• Technical information: Our hosting and online service providers may process IP addresses, request times, and service logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to operate the game, authenticate players, maintain records and leaderboards, connect players, respond to support requests, and prevent misuse. Your display name, standings, and game record may be visible to other players. Social features also show information needed for invitations and matches.

Apple Game Center provides Apple’s gaming and multiplayer services. Supabase provides backend infrastructure for our online features. Service providers process information needed to deliver those services. Apple’s own services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Padel Smash does not include third-party advertising or track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Website analytics

These support pages are hosted on relivo.com. The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage, which may involve cookies and device or browser information. This website analytics is separate from the Padel Smash app. Browser controls can limit or remove cookies.

Your choices and retention

You can play solo matches and practice without connecting to online features. You can manage Game Center through your device’s settings and block players through the game’s social features.

We retain player records while needed to provide the service, resolve support issues, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. You can delete your online profile and associated records in Padel Smash under Settings → Delete online profile. This also removes that profile’s saved progress on the device used to delete it. To request access, correction, or help with deletion, email kolby@relivo.com. We may verify ownership before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation.

Deleting the app removes its local data but does not by itself delete online records. Deleting Padel Smash records does not delete your Apple account or records independently held by Apple. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to object to certain processing or complain to a data protection authority.

Children, security, and updates

The game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect online information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

We may update this policy as the game or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
