How do I play?

Choose Play Now, pick your player and partner, then choose a court. Swipe to aim and swing; your players move into position automatically. Open How to Play from the Play screen for the controls. Ball Machine practice lets you work on your timing and placement.

Can I play without Game Center?

Yes. Solo matches and practice are available without a separate Padel Smash account. Online matchmaking, friends, and league features use Game Center and an internet connection.

Online play isn’t connecting.

Check that you’re signed in under Settings → Game Center on your device. Confirm your connection, then close and reopen Padel Smash. If it still fails, send us the exact message and your app version.

I can’t hear the game.

Check the in-game sound setting and your device’s media volume. Check whether sound is routed to Bluetooth headphones or another audio device. If sound doesn’t return after reopening the game, let us know what you were doing when it stopped.

My score or progress looks wrong.

Make sure you’re using the same Game Center account and have an internet connection for online records. Contact us with your Game Center display name and the approximate time of the match. Avoid deleting the app while troubleshooting because some progress and settings are stored on your device.

Your player data

In Padel Smash, open Settings → Delete online profile to permanently remove your online profile and associated records. You can continue playing offline afterward. For access, correction, or help with deletion, email us with the subject “Padel Smash data request.” Include your Game Center display name; we may need to verify ownership before making changes. This request applies to Padel Smash records, not your Apple or Game Center account.

Keep the court welcoming.

You can block players through the social features. To report an inappropriate display name or behavior, email the player’s display name, the approximate match time, and a description of the issue. Don’t include anyone else’s private information.
